MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL OPEN MEETING OF THE BOARD

NORTH SHORE ALANO

July , 14, 2001

9:15 a.m.

 Present: Tim S. president, Nancy T, James L, Sue T, Mary L.

Minutes from the previous meeting were not presented and were deferred to the next regular meeting of the Board

TREASUERS REPORT
as of 6/30/01 the line of credit has been paid down by $1,400. We only
have $750 left to pay. Hopefully the dept will be paid by the end of the
summer. There was an excess of $820.00 from the Akron trip. We should put
a thank you in the book to all for helping out and paying down our dept.

FUNDRAISING
It was decided that there would not be a party in the NSA for the 20th
anniversary. Someone should ask a representative from Foster Park because
of their involvement to participant in this event. Ask Sula and Uncle Bob
to possibly speak.

ANNIVERSARY MEETING IN OCTOBER
What are we gonna do about the talent show? Lonna, James and Nancy will
head up the anniversary weekend. Keith will be here October 27,
2001. Suggestion was make if we have an anniversary event, have someone
speak who has been involved with the club. All discussions willb e tabled
for the next meeting.

Water Cooler - the $200 set up idea is nixed! Get rid of the old broken
water cooler. We will let Pat know .

NEXT MEETING
There will be no August meeting due to many members being unavailable. The
next meeting will be Saturday September 8, 2001 after the locker room meeting.
